Statement of the Management Board of OMIDA S.A.
We would like to inform you that as part of the review of strategic options, the Management Board of OMIDA S.A. decided to separate Skyfox Poland Sp. z o.o. from the OMIDA Group. The decision was made in consultation with the Management Board of Skyfox Poland Sp. z o.o. on the basis of defined priorities for the further development of the Group, assuming a significant increase in turnover and doubling of profitability in the next few years. Appropriate agreement on the separation of the Company Skyfox Poland Sp. z o.o. entered into force on April 15, 2020 Skyfox Poland sp. Z o.o. was part of the OMIDA Group since 2014. Provides transport and logistic services using road transport in the European Union, Ukraine, Belarus, as well as the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The OMIDA Group provides comprehensive transport and logistics services with the use of all forms of transport and forwarding in the country and abroad, also in intercontinental relations. It consists of several specialized companies combining competences in the field of forwarding and road, sea and air transport, with a total turnover of nearly PLN 600 million. The Group is one of the leaders on the TFL market thanks to the close cooperation of the companies in line with the motto Together We Are Strong.
